The postal address is Room 107, No.3 Linan Road, Wanjiang Sub-district, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The effective date of this privacy policy is 2026-09-18.

Aura is reserved for grown adults who have already reached eighteen. Minors must not use Aura. Anyone still under 18 is outside the intended audience.

Dongguan Zhanchun Home Appliances Co., Ltd. does not sell personal data connected with Aura. Send a do-not-sell request to info@zhanchunhome.com. That letter may refuse a sale or opt out of selling. That channel stays open even though Aura runs no sale.

What you lose if Camera or Microphone stays refused

Refusing either grant does not block reading a host. It does not block typing a line. It only removes that capture path.
